I was escorted into a beautiful waiting room, offered watered while I waited for my appointment/consultation to begin. Diana is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always keeps me feeling comfortable during my PRF procedure. I would highly recommend her as she is a perfectionist, just as is Nicola.
