The professionalism throughout my visit was exceptional, but what really made this experience special was finally meeting Nicola in person. I’ve been a fan of her work for a while, and she exceeded every expectation. She’s incredibly down to earth and made me feel so comfortable right away. It’s rare to find someone with her level of expertise who is also so warm and approachable.
