I was a client of Katie's for about a year, receiving Botox and microneedling treatments. While I appreciated the clean aesthetic of the space, but I often felt like the focus was more on upselling treatments and products rather than providing personalized longterm care.

For my second microneedling session, I was told I had to purchase a $115 pre-treatment product, which wasn't mentioned during the first session. Wanting the best results, I went ahead and bought it. However, after using the product as instructed, my skin became scaly, red, and extremely dry the next day. I reached out to Katie and N2 for help, but was met with hostility and indifference. They never asked how I applied the product or about my other skincare, and their only concern was that I understood there would be no refund.

After numerous unhelpful exchanges, I decided to cancel all future appointments.
