I am writing to share a review of a recent experience my friend had and also a bit of my own. She received a treatment from here that left scarring. When she reached out to discuss her outcome and explore options, including a refund, she was told that refunds were not available and that her requesting a refund was told she was “extorting” . She felt that the business was unwilling to work with her to address her concerns, and that communication was difficult throughout the follow-up process. As for my experience, I did a consultation and the vibes are completely off , the staff was rude.
I hope this feedback is helpful to others evaluating their options and I would say there are better med spas in this area!!!!
