The clinic is beautiful and overall the staff were nice. Unfortunately, about a week after my Botox treatment, I experienced eyelid ptosis, which according to multiple doctors, was most likely the result of the injection technique and placement. While the clinic was quick to issue me a refund, the experience has been distressing and has had a significant impact on me. They claim that it’s related to my genetic structure and that they can see in the pre treatment photos that i’ve had a little bit of a a lower eyelid before the treatment (never have i had it before and if that was the case, why give me the injections?). none of it was mentioned before the treatment or prevented them from treating me and if in fact that could be a catalyst for eyelid ptosis after botox then it was completely ignored. It’s now been 6 weeks since my treatment, and my eyelid has still not improved.
