First, thank you. Our 4th Anniversary Celebration was everything I hoped it would be—incredibly fun, warm, and filled with the community that has made N2 what it is. Seeing so many of you in one room reminded me why we do this. N2 has always been more than treatments. It’s thoughtful care, shared curiosity, and a commitment to doing things differently.
We’re also on the verge of something new. Our Malibu location is nearly ready, and we’ll be announcing an official opening date soon. It’s been a labor of love, and I cannot wait to welcome you into this next chapter. Sneak peeks are coming.

A Major Advancement in Filler Precision
Over the last two years, Nicola participated in research studying anatomical fat pad connections, connective tissue arrangements, and injection biomechanics. The work has now been accepted for publication in the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery.
This is incredibly exciting for a few reasons…
One of the most common concerns in aesthetic medicine is filler migration—when product redistributes from where it was intended to sit.
Through detailed anatomical mapping and ultrasound-guided injections, we’ve learned not only how to prevent redistribution, but how to intentionally guide filler into the precise fat pad we want it to occupy.
