Regenerative Medicine: The Future Is Here
I’m proud to share that our clinic participated in a real-world clinical study exploring autologous hair follicle–derived secretome as an adjunct to aesthetic procedures, and I was honored to serve as a contributing author on this research.
In simple terms, this approach uses your own hair follicle stem cells to create a personalized regenerative solution—one designed to support healing, skin quality, and long-term rejuvenation.
The future of both aesthetics and traditional medicine is regenerative. (Think-curing diabetes by replacing pancreatic islet cells from your own hair follicles. Amazing!)
In the study, patients underwent microneedling followed by application of their own secretome. Outcomes showed:

✔️ Measurable improvements in skin texture, tone, elasticity, and overall appearance

In some cases, the most natural-looking lift comes from understanding how the face moves.
This patient was treated with botox only, using a biomechanics-based approach. By relaxing depressor muscles (those that pull the face downward), the elevators (muscles that pull up) are able to work unopposed, creating visible lift and improved balance without filler.
Key improvements included a more open eye area, softened marionette lines, a streamlined jawline, and smoother skin texture. The overall effect is subtle but meaningful: refreshed, rested, and completely natural.
