Gummy Smile Treatment - With Botox and Filler

Updated: May 17, 2025

Watch as Nicola Lowrey PA-C administers both Botox and Filler on this Gummy Smile Treatment.

Excess gingival show, aka a “Gummy Smile”.

To treat this condition appropriately you need to understand the multiple anatomical and muscular variations at play.

I have seen an emerging pattern in my practice in many cases that I have treated:

* a negative anteromedial vector

* a class 2 malocclusion

This results in a hyperactive LLSAN when elevating the upper lip on smiling and hypertonicity of the mentalis as it has to work hard to keep the lower mandible elevated to close the mouth.

For the most natural outcome, all issues must be addressed both structurally and functionally.

In this case filler was added to the:

* Piriform fossa

* Chin

* Lips

And Botox was used on the:

* LLSAN

* Mentalis

* Orbicularis Oris

(Be cautious in using Botox only for the chin when there is retrognathia. The patient will find it quite challenging to close their mouth. The structure of the chin must be supported first.)

When the entire perioral area is considered in cases like this, the results can be life changing.

Llsan Botox: Decrease the over activity of the muscle

Orbicularis Oris Botox: For resting upper lip balance

Mentalis Botox: To relax chin dimpling

Lip Filler: Volume to the upper lip decrease gummy show

"Great insights on gummy smile treatments — it’s fascinating how precise techniques with Botox and filler can create such natural results! It reminds me that attention to detail matters in so many areas, whether in cosmetic procedures or in specialized fields like marine insulation companies and marine pipe insulation. Precision and care really do make all the difference!"

Using technology to increase access to youth mental health support may offer a practical way for young people to reach guidance, safe-spaces, and early help without feeling overwhelmed by traditional systems. Digital platforms, helplines, and apps could give them a chance to seek support privately, connect with trained listeners-orexplore resources that might ease their emotional load. This gentle shift toward tech-based support may encourage youth to open-up at their own pace, especially when in-person help feels too heavy to approach.

There is always a chance that these tools-quietly make support feel closer than before, creating moments where help appears just a tap-Berlinintim away. Even a small digital interaction might bring a sense of comfort. And somewhere in that space, you…

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great شيخ روحاني resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhane users. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com

Fantastic insight into gummy‑smile treatment using Botox and filler — thank you for breaking down the anatomy and approach so clearly! It’s impressive how you address not just the visible issue but the underlying structure and musculature. On a somewhat related note, for anyone in industries like mine who also worry about long‑term structural integrity (whether it’s build‑out or overhaul) worth noting that when choosing reliable marine services you’ll want the same attention to foundational and functional detail. And if corrosion or insulation is a concern in your setup, check out their Marine Insulation solutions too. Keep up the great work!
